1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your access to and use of Telugu People Matrimony and related services (“Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

3. Profiles and user content
You are responsible for information and photos you submit. You confirm that you have the right to share them and that they are accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not impersonate others, mislead users, or upload content without permission.
4. Acceptable use
Do not harass, threaten, abuse, stalk, defraud, exploit, or discriminate against users; send spam; attempt unauthorized account access; distribute malware; interfere with the Services; or use the app for unlawful purposes. Do not use the app to solicit money or conduct scams.
5. Profile visibility and safety
Profile details and photos you publish may be visible to other users according to app features and settings. Be careful about sharing phone numbers, addresses, financial information, identity documents, or other sensitive information. We cannot guarantee another user's identity, intentions, conduct, or the accuracy of their profile. Take appropriate precautions before meeting anyone.
6. No guarantee of a match
The Services help users discover and communicate with potential matches. We do not guarantee a match, the accuracy of every profile, or any relationship or marriage outcome.
7. Horoscope information
Horoscope, astrology, or compatibility information is for informational or personal-interest purposes only. It is not a guarantee of compatibility or professional advice. Make your own informed decisions.
8. Moderation and suspension
We may review reported content and take reasonable action for violations of these Terms, applicable law, or user safety. Actions may include content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or account termination. Where appropriate, contact support to raise an appeal.
9. Intellectual property
The app, branding, software, design, and materials are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit them except as permitted by law. You retain rights to your submitted content and grant us permission to host and display it as needed to operate the Services.
10. Third-party services
The Services may use third-party services such as Google Sign-In and Google Play. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.
11. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services for maintenance, security, operational, or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
12. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We exclude warranties and limit liability to the extent legally permitted. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Services and request account deletion using the in-app method, if available, or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect users and the Services.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version here and changing the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
15. Governing law
